FamGo Storage Products Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

All FamGo storage products (including SD cards and USB flash drives) come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase (as verified by your purchase receipt). Products outside the warranty period are eligible for paid repair services (fees vary based on the issue).

2. Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, free repair or replacement will be provided for the following manufacturing defects:

  1. Product malfunctions (e.g., unrecognized by devices, abnormal read/write speeds);
  2. Non-physical circuit/chip failures;
  3. Compatibility issues during normal use (excludes device port defects).

3. Exclusions (Non-Covered Cases)

FamGo reserves the right to deny free warranty service for the following. Customers may opt for paid repairs or assume associated costs:

  1. Physical damage: Cracked casing, bent ports, liquid exposure, fire/heat damage, crushing, etc.;
  2. Misuse: Improper insertion/removal causing port damage, excessive bending (SD cards), unauthorized modifications;
  3. Tampering: Disassembly, soldering, or repairs by non-authorized personnel;
  4. Software/data issues: Data loss from viruses, accidental formatting, system crashes (FamGo is not liable for data recovery);
  5. External factors: Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, lightning), power surges, static electricity;
  6. Invalid proof: Missing purchase receipts/order records;
  7. Expired warranty: Products beyond the 1-year coverage period.
